WORKSHOPS/SEMINARS
Our programs are focused in four primary areas: Sales, Customer Service, Team Development/Leadership, and Spiritual Empowerment Tools to reach your goals and aspirations and create the life of your dreams.
Sales and Customer Service Sales Boot Camp 101: For the rookie sales representatives and non-sales people who negotiate contracts and business on behalf of their organization, we offer our Sales Boot Camp. This provides information and insight on the basic steps of the sales process: from prospecting to closing the sale as well as follow up after the sale is made. Anyone who works with customers can benefit from this informative offering. It is geared toward non-sales representatives-- those who manage projects, negotiate contracts and work in customer service call centers. It is also perfect for new sales people, looking to improve their skills and gain some new ideas. For those who have specific needs we offer more targeted workshops in the areas of:
Inside Sales: how does it differ from the guy/gal on the street and how can you build trust and loyalty, even if you are in a retail outlet? This workshop covers inside sales, of any kind-- wholesale, showroom, retail store, membership clubs-- any kind of sales work which is not out in the field. 1/2 day is the most common format for retail sales; at least a full day is best for those in wholesale and b2b sales situations. We also touch on phone sales and business etiquette as well. Outside Sales: this workshop will go over all of the steps required of the outside sales person, it is geared toward sales reps who have had at least 6 months of experience with their current product line. We will cover the psychology of selling, the role of the sales representative and the personality profiles of prospects and what the best approach to take with those personality types are Exemplary Customer Service: The goal of this 1 /2
day workshop is
to teach your staff how to maintain a level of exemplary customer service. It is
aimed at all
levels of customer service: telephone, retail, sales support and call
centers. Most of the time, it is the customer support personnel who have the
first contact with prospective clients. Additionally, they are the ones who
normally handle clients who have complaints or problems. It is imperative
they know how to properly handle these interactions to make the best
possible impression and achieve the best results for your organization. We offer this workshop on site or
off; call us for additional information.
Regardless of one's position in
the organization, each person is a
representative of that organization and how they interact with customers--
external and internal makes a huge difference in both the work environment as
well as to the clients you serve. Perhaps you want to consider this for
non-customer support personnel as well.
