Our services are offered in primarily five areas:

Training/Facilitation

Sales, customer service, marketing and team development are our areas of expertise. We offer various workshops/seminars covering all aspects of the sales process. They target brand new 'rookie' sales reps to the senior account executives, as well as non-sales representatives who negotiate contracts or manage projects.

 

We have something to benefit anyone in sales or sales support. Our workshops and seminars are designed to address: outside sales, inside sales, sales management,  tele-sales, retail sales and customer service. Customer service workshops are appropriate for everyone in your organization. From the president to the janitor-- each employee represents your organization; therefore, each employee can and does impact your level of customer service.

We launched our SellMORE™ sales intensive in 2005. It is a great developmental series for either the rookie sales rep, or senior account execs in that is covers not only the 'hard skills' of selling, but the 'soft skills' as well-- those little nuances which separate the good from the really GREAT sales reps. Consulting

We will work with you to create plans for strategic marketing; business and sales development, operational procedures, time management and organization. We work with you/your people in the areas of sales and customer service, growth and developing the steps needed to move you to the next level. This work is provided to both your sales force and sales manager. Our services include acting as a 'sales manager' for small businesses which may be operating without one. Our assistance can include outlining territories, quotas, budgets and compensation packages. We work with telephone sales people, inside sales people and outside sales people.  We also coach your customer service and support personnel. 

 

These services are also provided in the area of team development. We are certified to facilitate a very powerful series of experiential workshops known as Team Spirit^™ These workshops were designed to produce 'high performing teams' by creating a culture which empowers, appreciates and encourages the full expression of human potential. Motivational Speaking

We offer motivational and inspirational speaking on topics which include: sales, spiritual strategies, overcoming adversities, dealing with change and living your life, both personally and professionally, at its fullest potential. Iris has made presentations to: the National Jewish Women's League, Anne Arundel Community College graduating classes, the State of Maryland, and many more.  Life Coaching

We offer personal, professional and leadership coaching to assist you in achieving your dreams and goals. We can do this on the phone, via email or in person. If you are interested in exploring this opportunity, please contact us and we can talk about it. This work is based in the coaching with intent model developed by the New Agreements Coaching Institute which is rooted in the work and books of don Miguel Ruiz of The Four Agreements fame.           Mediation/Conflict Resolution        

If you are involved in any kind of conflict and having difficulty getting it resolved, consider your option to mediate the conflict, rather than going to court. Studies indicate Americans have a great deal of conflict in their lives. Conflict costs millions of dollars each year to litigate. Attorney fees, time, courts costs, collections, enforcement and more. Perhaps there is a better way to get things resolved. Iris and her associates have been trained in facilitative mediation.
