- TEAM Spirit ™
We facilitate a most powerful series of workshops for team development, known as Team Spirit. Team Spirit's roots can be found in organizational development, behavioral science and spirituality. It is based, in part on work done by Peter Vaile, while working at Georgetown University. Mr. Vaile studied more than 1000 'high performing teams'. What he discovered is that what they all had in common was an experience of development through various phases which led to their ability to achieve their levels of performance. - In an experiential setting, we re-create the experience of these phases (we refer to as stages) to allow your team to gain the level of trust, understanding, cooperation, communication and unity it takes to produce extraordinary results. - Spiritual Strategies for Creating the Life of Your Dreams
- In this workshop, you will learn to use the gifts you already possess, the power of your mind and thoughts and universal laws governing our world, to create the life you desire. - Walking the Labyrinth
- Iris will lead you on a journey on the labyrinth. An ancient spiritual tool, the labyrinth is the symbol of our life's journey. There is only one path in, to the center and the same path back out. Going in: We release, in the center, we receive and on the path out, we return with the enlightenment we have received to take back into the "world" with us. Iris was trained to facilitate Labyrinth walks with Rev. Dr. Lauren Artress of Veriditas Organization.
